I created the Starting Block to Homeownership program to empower home buyers and address the common concerns and uncertainties they often face. The home-buying process can be complex, but with my guidance, you'll feel confident and in control every step of the way. I want to be your partner and coach, supporting every step toward homeownership or selling your property. For homebuyers, the services you might need are listed below. As your agent, I can ensure you are educated in these services to help you become a responsible homebuyer. My goal is to help you build a foundation through financial literacy (credit and budget) and knowledge of available resources. A foundation will allow you to understand what you can afford to find an adequate home and remain in the house long term.
